Physical (plastic) Cards can be used instore and online worldwide wherever Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted. If you have added your card to your phone wallet, you can choose between using your plastic card and the card in your wallet for instore purchases. Prepaid cards can be used instore for full or part payment of goods and services and online for payment of goods and services in full.
Digital Cards can be used instore and online worldwide wherever Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted. To use your digital card online you will need your card number, expiry and CVV. Within the Universal Gift Card App, tap on the card image to show the full card number and expiry. Tap a second time to reveal the 3-digit CVV.
Virtual or E-Gift (emailed) Cards are perfect for shopping online anywhere that accepts prepaid Mastercards. They cannot be used for face-to-face transactions in store.
