1. Have a question or need help with your card? Please send an email to info@ugca.au. Please provide the following information to help us help you as quickly as possible:
   • Your card’s Proxy ID (the 9 characters following the PN on the back of your card).
   • The name of the person or entity that gave you the card.
   • The address to which the card was originally sent too.
   • Your preferred email and/or contact number so we can contact you.
   • Any attachments that might help us to understand your enquiry.
2. IMPORTANT: Do not send us your card number. We will never ask for your card number. You must not disclose your card number to any website or person except for the purpose of making a purchase for security purposes.
3. If you have a question about a transaction, please log into your card details and review the transactions under the Transactions tab.
